To be able to customise 'All About Me'

The standard ‘all about me’ is not sufficient enough to really get to know and understand families. To be able to customise it so we can add our own questions and answers would be handy to promote professional curiosity across more ranges of topics. I think this is a high need currently!

It would be helpful to be able to create accident forms for any staff who have unfortunate incidents while they are at work

Medicine Form Notification

A notification each time a dose is added to a medicine form so managers can publish the dose immediately rather than checking each ‘In Progress’ medicine form daily.

Adding Documents to Child's Profile

Would be good to be able to add important documents to childs profile - e.g we have a child whos parents have requested her bowel movements are logged due to a boel condidtion - would be good to be able to upload this document and make it editable so staff can complete and parents have acces to it

Cover staff signing in at other branches

When our staff work within one of our other branches it would be helpful of they could still sign in on their log to ensure their hours come through on the payroll report

Currently staff sign in actual time add the option to input their shift start/finish time - This could than be used to produce timesheets for accountants for wages & analyse late arrivals and overtime

Sending Bulk Statements

A way to send statement out in bulk rather than individually with the option to add a message to the statement.

Could reports have an autosave facility when writing? At the moment, if you get interrupted while completing a report, you can lose everything you have written. An autosave function would help prevent this and make sure work is not lost if an interruption occurs.

EYEnquiries - unborn children

Hello, In addition to the ‘previous start date’ and ‘start date within 1 month’ legend on the Enquiries pipeline, we would find it helpful for a third colour with denotes when a child has not yet been born. We don’t register unborn children but keep the families on our pipeline, if there was an obvious colour coding system we could easily spot who is proceedable and who is still waiting. I appreciate this may not be useful to everyone, but I imagine the red and yellow colour tiles aren’t used by everyone either? So perhaps allowing these to be more widely editable would be helpful! To be able to add ‘starter’ instead of ‘pudding’- it may already be a thing in our own settings, but I’ve looked and can’t see it anywhere!

Adaption to incident form labels

adaption to the labels on the incident forms to include ‘skin reaction or contact with allergens’

Accident form trends

It would be great if we can add our own place of accident in the drop down box i.e forest school, corridor, toilet areas. This would make it easier to monitor where has the most accidents.

Amend added item on invoice

After adding an item on the invoice, there is no option to amend it or delete it. You have to delete the whole invoice and start again..Would be helpful to be able to amend or just delete the item you have added.

Direct debit collection

Would like some sort of csv that can be downloaded for all payments sent for dd collection whether that is on the payments / eypay page or the invoices page where you process from. I really need to see who and how much we have processed.

Funding Loop Integration Improvements with consumables

Improve communication with Funding Loop now that consumables have to be itemised. funding loop report calculates these fees termly whilst funding loop want it monthly. we then have to input this data individually for each child on Funding Loop
