A report to show the status of posted observations

Need a way to check if observations have loaded correctly without having to check each individual childs record. Many of our observations get stuck at processing or retry - unless a parent reports not receiving on we have to keep checking through all childrens accounts to make sure they have loaded correctly. This is double handling and very time consuming.
