Would it be possible to have a tick box on the funding page of each child to indicate that they are not entitled to funding. This could be part of the profile page as well as the funding page.

Stop EY from populating a Funding Term when the child is too young.
We have had a couple of cases of babies funding being allocated too early in one case one month but in another case 2 months. We would like EY to block this possibility by not allowing a term's funding to be entered if their birth date is too young.

Editing qualifications through eyemployee app
Is it possible to switch off allowing employees to edit these. We are happy that staff can add training we just dont want staff to be able to edit or delete courses as they might edit or delete things accidentally or changing dates as we rely heavily on the expiry dates being correct.

we have several nurseries and today I accidently sent the wrong setting the wrong message to all parents it would be have been brilliant if I could have recalled the message like an email so parents couldn't see it. This is a rare occurrence but it does happen and when it does it can cause big issues

Notification of when a payment for an invoice has been made.
To receive a notification of when a parent has paid the invoice so we can go in and add the payment. We don't currently have access to the bank account to reconcile. The accountant does this but we cant give her access as she will see children's information.

Children to be signed into a different room on one day a week
Our Children attend Forest School and a School Readiness session once a week. We would like to be able to sign these children into theses rooms on their set days.

Add preferred days on Child Profile or in a Note section
The registration form asks for Preferred Sessions and specifies which days. However when you enrol a child the day part doesn't pull through to the child's profile which makes scheduling/ occupancy hard to track. Is there a way of adding days to the Child profile so that it repeats the information on the registration form ?

Discount Start and End Dates
It would be really helpful if we could enter start and end dates for discounts. We offer sibling discounts and when we were with Connect we were able to set an end date so the discount would automatically stop when the older sibling left. With EYWORKS we can’t do this.

is there a way i am able to communicate with each setting almost like post it notes/reminders to complete things? is this available through the use of tasks? are we able to have a notes part or similar on the home screen page where managers would be able to see this?
