Enhanced Attendance Monitoring & Absence Pattern Reporting
We are currently using the Child Scheduling Report within EY Manage to record and review children’s absences, which is helpful for weekly oversight. However, there is a gap in the system when it comes to analysing attendance patterns over time. As an early years provider, we are required under the EYFS and Ofsted framework to not only record absences, but also monitor attendance, identify patterns, and take appropriate action where concerns arise. At present, this requires us to export reports and maintain a separate manual tracking system. We would like to suggest the development of an enhanced attendance monitoring feature within EY Manage that would allow settings to: View attendance percentages per child over a selected period Automatically identify patterns of absence (e.g. repeated days, frequent sickness, low attendance) Filter and flag children with repeated or concerning absences Provide a clear summary dashboard for managers Record and log actions taken in response to attendance concerns Generate Ofsted-ready reports demonstrating monitoring and intervention This functionality would significantly improve safeguarding oversight, reduce duplication of work, and support settings in meeting inspection requirements more effectively. Given the increasing focus on attendance monitoring within early years inspections, this would be a highly valuable addition to the platform. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

accident forms- parent reminders
It would be helpful that when parents do not sign accident forms, that the system automatically generates a reminder notification (this would also be helpful for reports etc). Can this please be considered.

Group Observations
It would save HOURS of time if these could be deleted or edited as a group, rather than individually. As if the staff member has made an error on one obs it will be on all and it takes so long to click through each observation one by one. It’s painful!

To be able to amend/freely enter the locations for where the accident occurred. To be able to trigger automated notifications/emails with attachments for specific accident types (eg if a head bump occurred, I would like an email with head bump information sheet to be sent).

In the Enquiry Form Setup, we only have Postcode available and no option for Address Line 1 or 2. We’d like parents to complete their full address details on the enquiry form, at the time of the initial enquiry. Hi, We’ve been given feedback that because families receive so many of the same ‘new communication/update/post’ emails from EY it’s becoming confusing and they are missing important updates. Would it be possible to include the subject of the message being sent in EY to the email notification that parents receive? They could then decide whether it needed to be opened immediately or to save for later. Thank you!

The ability to delete duplicate enquiries, it keeps happening, none of the ‘lost’ reasons are valid and we don’t want our conversion rate to drop, when it’s the system that’s duplicated the enquiry?
