Adding another option for pipeline

need another pipeline option between waitlisted and reg form. Currently we are offering from our wait list, we don’t want to send reg form until they have accepted but it would be nice to be able to have them in a separate category so we can keep track of who we have offered and if they has passed the deadline date of acceptance.
