Offline functionality of the app

It’d be extremely useful, especially for emergency cases where e.g for a Fire evacuation, the tablet will be taken off site with the children, for the tablet to still be able to update the basic details on the daily diary so once the tablet is connected to the internet, the information automatically updates instead of the staff having to re-enter the information
