Ability to auto schedule supervisions with staff members and to create a self-evaluation form

Ability to auto schedule supervisions with staff members (that you can set to monthly/termly etc) and to create a self-evaluation form that auto sends to staff members ahead of time via the eyemployee app so that you have topics to discuss in the meeting. Ideally a place where you can save the meeting minutes so that you can look back on them (with ability to toggle who can view the minutes).
