Ability to Use Templates When Communicating with Individual Families

Clicking on the plus (+) button under communication tab under a child’s profile currently means that you need to create an email from scratch to send to a parent. Being able to send an email via a child’s profile whilst having access to the templates would be ideal if we quickly need to send a templated email to a parent whilst we’re already on their account, instead of having to go to the nursery’s overall messages to then select a template and choose one child from the entire list.
