Account Summary on EyParent causing grief to nurseries that don't bill through eyMan

Our nursery regularly gets complaints from our parents asking why their Account Summary in EyParent app says they owe us £0.00 when we informing them that they have monies outstanding.

It would be really valuable to be able to turn this feature off for nurseries who do their invoicing in other ways.

I'm sure its great for nurseries who use this feature, but for those of us who need to use other systems for invoicing, it is a real frustration for our customers. Thank you
