Add 'Parent' as relationship option on registration form

Please can we add ‘Parent’ as relationship option under parental details on the registration form for parents who go by they / them pronouns and would prefer to be stated as parent rather then mother / father. I can change this on the child’s profile on my end once enrolling but it would be good if we could add this as an option to make this easier when at the registration stage. Thank you :)
