Add payment feature

Hello could i please request for a fail safe feature to be added to the 'add payment' feature. I clicked it by mistake and had to go back and delete the payment. I then realised that it would be better to have a warning so it doesn't happen again. I have attached a screenshot so you understand which feature i am talking about . Thanks
