Additional TOIL Absence Types

Currently there is just one default TOIL type of absence that removes the TOIL entitlement - this means when you look at the calendar you cannot easily see when the TOIL relates to. We would like to add TOIL - Late Start TOIL - Early Finish TOIL - Middle Day TOIL - All Day as absence types so it is clear for all when looking at the calendar.
