Address 1 & 2 in the Enquiry Form Set up

In the Enquiry Form Setup, we only have Postcode available and no option for Address Line 1 or 2.

We’d like parents to complete their full address details on the enquiry form, at the time of the initial enquiry.

Could you please enable/add the address fields (Address Line 1 & 2) to the enquiry form setup please?
