Allow editing of child profile details from the practitioner app

I would like the parents to be able to complete the child’s profile from a staff tablet or a tablet with set permission so they can do this on the settle session and ask any questions they need to stop missed details on child profiles.

Or if we need a section updated we could ask them to do it on drop off and pick up to know that it’s done etc.
