Allow Multiple Parent Comments on Reports

Currently, only one parent can add a comment to a child’s report. This creates difficulties for some of our families, as both parents have wanted to share their own feedback independently.

It would be helpful if each parent with eylog access linked to a child’s account could add their own comment.
