Assessment options on custom reports

Hi, so we have developed our own framework and have uploaded it to eylog and now only use that for assessment, amazing feature that we can now do this thank you. However, on creating a report, I would like it to sync through the colour coded judgement for the different areas, without having to break it down for all the aspects as this is too much detail on assessments for what I would like on reports. I would just like the colour box next to the areas, happy to talk this through if you don’t understand what I am trying to explain. Many thanks
