Automatic report generation

A feature which will allow nursery managers to set up automatic report generation based on a child's age for custom reports.

This would allow managers to set up rules for report generation for example generating a two year progress check report when a child turns X months old.

Rules based on child age will be developed at first with the aims to add more rule options such as room assignment in the future.
