Customise accident/incident forms on the "what happened" and "what injury occurred" sections

Could we please have it so that the accident/incident form could be customised on the "what happened" and "what injury occurred" sections to what we would like to use and so we can add our own options. Currently there are a number of pre-set options which would not be relevant for our nursery or we would word differently to suit our setting.
