email notifications

I would like to suggest an improvement to the email notification settings.

At the moment notifications are sent for all actions (accidents incidents comments observations medication etc.) from across all nurseries within the company. This results in a very high volume of emails many of which are not relevant to individual roles or responsibilities.

It would be extremely helpful if notifications could be customised so that users can:

Select specific nurseries they wish to receive notifications for (for example only 6 selected nurseries) and

Choose specific types of notifications to receive (such as accidents only observations only or a combination).

This level of control would make notifications more relevant reduce email overload and help users focus on the information that matters most to their role.

Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would significantly improve the user experience.
