Ethnicity and Language

When registering a child on the system, under ‘General Details’ the ethnicity and the languages are very limited. Can we have more ethnicities and languages added, especially for the Nepalese and Fijian communities. e.g Nepalese ethnicity, Fijian ethnicity, Melanesian/Polynesian, different countries within in the Caribbean…
