Inclusion of reports in downloaded learning journeys rather than just a reference

At present when downloading a learning journey for a departing child (or for any child) the reports (like progress checks etc) are referenced by title but in each case it is just the title above a blank page. It almost appears that at the time of design it was intended to include the report's text.

Would it be possible to include the full text of the report underneath the reference or even just a hyperlink to view the report (similar to how there is a link for observation videos)?
