Increase Daily Diary Nappy Changes on group screen

I know this has been suggested before but it is very time consuming to publish daily diaries one by one because we can't use the group diary screen to add more than three nappy changes per day. Our numbers of younger children have increased a lot with the new funding and most attend for a full day so they consistently have 4 nappy changes daily. It would be such a help if we didn't have to go in and out of every single record and then publish them individually. I've been told it won't fit in the screen to add another column but could consideration be given to redesigning layout of the screen itself so extra columns would fit?
