Messaging future starters who are already enrolled

It would make such a difference if we could send messages to these parents as a group. We have parents enrolled up to a year in advance now and we have to enrol them to secure their place and to keep track of occupancy etc. Their children are not included in the list that comes up when sending messages to the Children category because their scheduling has not started yet. They also do not appear on the list on the Enquiries category because they are already enrolled. So they are in no man's land. At the moment we have to go into the individual record click the icon to go back to their enquiry record and send individual messages from there if we want to send messages through the management system (which is the best way of keeping track of communications).
