Hi, Anaphylaxis Uk have provided information saying settings should collect information about dietary requirements before the child starts the setting which of course we already do via the registration form. But it also states, "Allergy, intolerance and coeliac disease are all different conditions, so forms should clearly separate these to avoid confusion for parents and carers." Is this something that can be updated on the registration forms?
