Notify the person who 'wrote' the observation if a parent has commented

Notify the staff member of whom recorded and sent the observation when the parent has liked/commented on it - Not just notify the Key Person or person in the setting linked with the child. This is so the observation 'taker/recorder' can see any response. Also all staff can be kept in the loop and they can read/reflect on each other's observations and parental comments.
