Option for existing parents to be waitlisted for additional/change of sessions

To be able to have an option for the parents to request a permanent change to sessions from within their app or failing that the ability within the pipeline to create an enquiry from an existing parents record along with a flag that they are existing so we can prioritise their applications.
At the moment we have to re-enter all their details which then causes potential duplicated child records if enrolled again by accident or keep the requests offline which is difficult to manage.
The ability to rename/reuse the pipeline columns for tailored use would also be good as we also have a long term waiting list and the ones we are currently assessing for a space all mixed in together
