Payments and Reconciliation Improvements

We will be making improvements to the payments screen, to reflect the enhancements available through eypay. Adding/removing payments will also be improved. We will also be removing the bulk payments upload feature, as this is a redundant piece of functionality that has been replaced with bank feeds and bank statement uploads.

We will be making improvements to the reconciliation screen to reflect the enhancements available through eypay. We will be adding access to the bank statements tab and bank statements upload functionality from this screen instead of a separate tab.
