Pop up box with important information on child's profile

I would like to suggest a pop up box or highlighted box that appears under the children photograph on their profile which contains any important information regarding the child such as - an allergy dietary requirement dietary preference etc medical need etc. This can then be visible to any staff member who accesses that child's profile
