register of lunches for chef

We have an onsite chef and need to provide her with a register of children who are actually in attendance each day with a note of the allergies/dietary requirements (where applicable) currently the register report can only be run for a full week not daily and only has the tag to show allergy or dietary requirement but doesnt specify what these are. It would be very beneficial to have all of the information on one report that only prints per day rather than wasting paper/time sorting the report.
