Report format

Please could you consider reviewing the report layout when custom forms are downloaded? Currently, the form does not print well and could potentially be condensed to one or two pages. At present, the parent signature section occupies an entire page on its own, which appears unprofessional and is not ideal when the report is being shared with external professionals. A more streamlined format would improve both presentation and usability.
