Report to forcast the different product charges

Now we have to itemise our invoices to show the different consumables to meet the government guidelines on what we can and cannot charge funded places it would be great to have the different products listed out on our income forcast spreadsheets. Currently they come under one category - products we really need to have this broken down into lunches consumables and other charges.
