The parent who completes the registration form doesn’t always include an email address of the other parent or grandparents authorised to collect so when an email address is added, the system removes the parent's or grandparents photo.
This is frustrating because we have to ask the parent to send it again. For safeguarding purposes we need the photos of family authorised to collect.
