To see if a parent has seen the conversation

It would be helpful in the conversation section to see if a parent has seen or open the message. I've had parents tell me their don't get the notification to say there is a message or some parent's that have seen it and forgot to respond. Would be useful to know if a message has been acknowledge/opened
