A feature to enable direct communication between parents and practitioners

At the moment the closest thing to this is the notes to & from parents on the daily diary however this doesn't really suit our needs as parents can only add one comment so they cannot reply when we add a note back for them.

We'd like a feature that allows parents to contact their key worker or other practitioners in the room and the practitioners can reply back and forth with the parents.
